Returning from Maternity Leave – Massage Therapy Update

Dear Friends,

I’m happy to share that I’m returning from maternity leave and resuming massage therapy sessions from my new home-based studio—a peaceful, private space designed with care and intention.

All appointments will be 60 minutes in length and available by text message only. My phone does not accept voicemails, so texting is the most efficient way to reach me. Please note that a 48-hour cancellation policy is in place.

As a new mother, I’ll be balancing work with family life. My availability will depend on my partner’s schedule and our little one’s needs. I kindly ask that you honor your booked time to help support this balance.

Before your visit:

Parking is available in the driveway. A washroom is available in the main house, but I encourage using the restroom before arriving if possible. I have dogs who will be kept secure during appointments. Please do not bring your own dogs, as one of mine is reactive. I am not accepting MVA, WCB, or ICBC claims at this time but can refer you to a clinic that does. We’ll take time at each appointment to discuss your treatment goals and tailor your treatment plan accordingly.

Hot Stone Therapy – A Deeply Restorative Experience

Dear Client,

I’m so glad you’re exploring Hot Stone Therapy—it’s one of the most soothing and restorative treatments I offer. This therapy uses smooth, heated basalt stones, shaped and polished for therapeutic use, to deliver deep warmth and healing to your body. The heat from the stones penetrates through the layers of muscle, promoting relaxation, circulation, and repair. It’s often said that one pass of a hot stone can be as effective as ten passes of the hands.

During your session, your body will be nourished with rich oils and calming essential oils, chosen to support your wellness on both a physical and emotional level. The combination of heat and carefully selected oils helps calm the nervous system, release deep-seated tension, and encourage your body to truly let go.

Benefits of Hot Stone Therapy:

Relax deeply into the warmth of the elements

Ease muscle tension and reduce stress Improve circulation and flexibility, relieving chronic pain and muscle spasms

Targeted support for conditions like arthritis, fibromyalgia, and musculoskeletal pain

Better rest—many clients report deeper, more restful sleep after treatment

This is a treatment that invites you to reconnect with your body and experience the healing power of warmth, touch, and nature’s elements.

Your wellness is my priority, and I look forward to sharing this beautiful treatment with you.

Warmly,
